  We had a 30-year old staircase that needed to be refinished due to wear and tear. Nobody wanted to touch it due to the labor involved in removing and hand sanding all of the spindles in the banisters.
  We called Luciano who came out, gave us an estimate and was able to begin work within a week. Project began on a Thursday and was completed on Saturday. Long days and a lot of hard work. It is almost impossible to find such great, dedicated and knowledgeable tradesmen these days. Our stairs, banisters, railings all look BEAUTIFUL. We couldn't be happier. Luciano is a joy to be around - I would highly recommend him!!

  Luciano not only repaired/replaced floors but went above and beyond. He carefully moved my furniture as he replaced the floors. He and his crew were as careful as possible and I would recommend him highly. He is kind courteous and caring about ones possessions. He did the job and then some. I recommend Luciano with the highest integrity

  If you want good wood flooring installed in your place call Luciano’s Flooring. They took out all our tile flooring on the first floor the first day which was a lot of hard work. The previous owners had a lot of screws put in the floor, so they had to pull out a lot of screws the next day before they can take the next step. After all the screws were out, they installed the wood flooring, stained the floor, and it was done in 4 days. They worked extremely hard. They did an awesome job cleaning up, vacuumed my carpet in my living room, and the floors. The most important thing is the floor and trim looks beautiful!!!!!!!!!
